We typically onboard our partners within 7-14 days after sign-up or even sooner, depending on your needs.
We bill our clients on a weekly basis per service and/or package type and give you the freedom to scale up or down as your requirements change. We typically require a 2 week commitment for the first two months, and then a 4 week commitment after the first two months. This means on your first payment, we will take 3 weeks payment, and then when you cancel, you will have your last 2 weeks already paid. If you partner with us for over 2 months, on your 8th payment, we will charge another 3 weeks payment for that pay period, and then you will now have your last 4 weeks already paid for if you decide to cancel the service. Our operations were specially designed to align with GDPR and HIPAA regulations. Moreover, our resources are professionally trained and sign a non-disclosure agreement as part of their employment contract. We shut down access for external downloads from USB ports, lock down email access to external addresses, and personal mobile phones are not allowed to be used at desks. You can rest assured knowing we take all reasonable measures to protect your data when you choose us.
